Residential Property Lawyer - Shrewsbury
Due to expansion and growth in our property department PCB Solicitors are recruiting for a solicitor, chartered legal executive or licensed conveyancer with at least 3 years post qualification to work in our Shrewsbury office. Ideally you will have a loyal client following. You will have experience in a client facing role acting on all residential property transactions from initial instructions to post completion.
The Firm is Lexcel and CQS accredited so you must be able to work in a structured environment and as part of a team. You will have good residential property knowledge and experience acting in both freehold and leasehold transactions including sales; sales of part; purchase; mortgages; deeds of grant of easements; deeds of covenant; grants of leases and all matters associated with residential property. Some commercial property experience would be desirable but not essential.
The candidate will be highly organised, able to work under pressure, have an excellent telephone manner and be experienced in using case management systems and be highly computer literate.
You will be comfortable conducting marketing and business development activities within the area and you will motivated in developing our existing client base.
Residential Property Fee-Earner – Craven Arms
As part of PCB Solicitors growth in Craven Arms and South Shropshire and with the increasing demands of a buoyant property market we are looking for a confident, client focussed legal executive, licensed conveyancer or Conveyancing Assistant with experience acting on all aspects of residential property transactions.
You will have good residential property knowledge and experience acting in both freehold and leasehold transactions including sales, sales of part, purchase, mortgages, new builds and all matters associated with residential property. As the Firm is both Lexcel and CQS accredited you will have experience and enjoy working in a team environment and have strong case management skills.
