Residential Property Lawyer - Telford
With renewed interest in the property market we need to recruit 2 residential conveyancing lawyers to manage a full caseload of Residential Property work from instruction to post-completion. A meticulous approach and the ability to prioritise in order to meet tight deadlines needed. The ideal candidate will have good local knowledge and the ability to build strong working relationships with estate agents and other external professionals. The Firm is Lexcel and CQS accredited so you must be able to work in a structured environment and as part of a team. Some commercial property experience would be desirable but not essential.
You will be comfortable conducting marketing and business development activities within the area and you will motivated in developing our existing client base.
Residential Property Lawyer - Shrewsbury
We are also seeking to recruit one residential conveyancing lawyer for our Shrewsbury Office. The ideal candidate with have the same enthusiasm for property matters and helping clients as with the Telford positions above. You will have good residential property knowledge and experience acting in both freehold and leasehold transactions including sales; sales of part; purchase; mortgages; deeds of grant of easements; deeds of covenant; grants of leases and all matters associated with residential property. Again, some commercial property experience would be desirable but not essential.
Residential Property Fee-Earner – Craven Arms
As part of PCB Solicitors growth in Craven Arms and South Shropshire and with the increasing demands of a buoyant property market we are looking for a confident, client focussed legal executive, licensed conveyancer or Conveyancing Assistant with experience acting on all aspects of residential property transactions.
Full or part time considered. This is a great opportunity for career progression in this friendly and professional firm.
Family Lawyer - Shrewsbury
Ideally, you will be a solicitor/ legal executive with 5+ years PQE although applicants with less PQE with a solid grounding in family work may be considered. The successful candidate will be working as part of a team led by an extremely experienced practitioner, and would be dealing with a wide range of family law including representation of many high net worth clients.
Secretary/Receptionist - Knighton
This is a full-time position as Receptionist/Secretary to provide general administrative and secretarial assistance in our Knighton office. You should have previous reception, administration and secretarial experience ideally within a similar environment. You will be professional, proactive and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Duties will include taking incoming calls, dealing with telephone queries, greeting clients, typing correspondence and legal documents, diary management.
