Work and Clients

John is Senior Partner at PCB and has over thirty five years experience in all aspects of property and business matters acting for a wide range of interests from shop owners to developers, farmers to commercial landlords, and businesses to sole traders.

Route to PCB

John trained in Shropshire where he became a partner in what is now one of the largest practices in the county. He then spent three years with the City firm Withers dealing with all aspects of property, returning to Shropshire to set up his own practice in 1984 which he has built up over the years.

Law Society; National Farmers Union Country Landowners Association, Chamber of Commerce; and Law Society Management Section.

Interests outside work

John enjoys golf, and used to be an avid sailor until children limited time available, shooting, horse racing and trying to get the most out of life! John has a wife whose family run a dairy farm and holiday cottages in North Wales. They have two demanding children to keep them young at heart.
