Criminal Department Secretary - Worcester Office
Are you a legal secretary with previous experience of working in a criminal department?
Are you available to start in February? If the answer is "yes" then this could be the opportunity for you! We are looking for a legal secretary to work in our Worcester office. You will provide support for fee-earners whose work includes both private client and public funded services.
Primary duties will include typing of all correspondence, diary management, opening and closing of files, dealing with telephone queries, liaising with the Police, Courts and other professionals.
You must have excellent communication skills and be familiar with talking to clients of all levels whether on the telephone or in person. Experience of performing tasks such as file management, drafting standard client letters is also important, as is the ability to work on your own and organise your time efficiently to maximise productivity. This is a superb opportunity to further your experience in a highly regarded firm. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Candidates applying for these positions should have excellent typing, organisation and communication skills. Salary will depend upon experience. A job description is available upon application.
