Receptionist/Secretary - Ludlow
PCB Solicitors are looking to recruit an experience full-time Receptionist/Secretary to provide general administrative and secretarial assistance in our Ludlow office.
Do you have?
- good telephone and communication skills
- accurate audio and copy typing skills
- client care skills
- excellent organisational skills
- excellent inter-personal skills
- ability to work independently and part of a team
The ideal candidate will have previous reception, administration and secretarial experience ideally within a similar environment. You will be professional, proactive and will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Duties include telephone queries, greeting clients, typing correspondence and legal documents, diary management, client and file management. The position is wide and varied.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. A job description is available upon application. This is a superb opportunity to further your experience in a highly regarded firm.
