Local Professionals Latest to Join PCB Solicitors

We are celebrating an ongoing period of investment following the addition of two experienced members of staff.

PCB Solicitors has appointed Hannah Livsey as Commercial Property Solicitor who will be taking on a diverse range of cases for clients across the county, from business property sales and purchases, through to general property law advice and licences.
The firm has also welcomed Ryan Bickham back to its Shrewsbury office after a short time away from his role to focus on training, and who will return to continue to develop his expertise in all aspects of litigation, including employment, personal injury, and debt recovery.
“I’m thrilled to have joined the team,” explained Hannah. “I’ve spent several years working in-house for the legal teams at both Shropshire Council and Telford & Wrekin Council, where I worked with many different individuals, from farmers and landowners, to property developers and business residents, and am looking forward to developing working relationships with PCB’s diverse range of commercial and corporate clients.”
A professional with over 18 years’ experience, Hannah launched her career in Shropshire and has progressed to become one of the region’s leading commercial solicitors representing local authorities and dealing with matters relating to property, highways, traffic, rights of way and commons.
Rachael Hughes, Managing Partner at PCB Solicitors, explained:  “We’re delighted to welcome Hannah and to welcome Ryan back to PCB. We know their wealth of experience and knowledge will prove to be a huge asset to our clients across Shropshire, and will complement our existing team too. Their appointment is part of wider plans to strengthen our existing offer and ensure that we can continue to strengthen our high-level service.”
