Elizabeth specialises in Residential Property matters, including Sales and Purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, New Builds, Shared Ownership and First Registrations.
Route to PCB
Elizabeth began as a temporary Secretary at a firm in Suffolk in 2002 where she was later promoted to Legal Assistant and then Paralegal. She had a break from Conveyancing from 2008 to 2013 to pursue an alternative career path, before returning to Conveyancing in 2014. Elizabeth moved to the West Midlands in 2015.
After Covid, Elizabeth returned to Suffolk to be with her family and worked as a Conveyancer at a Legal 500 firm. She returned to a local firm in Oswestry in 2024, later joining PCB Solicitors in January 2026.
