Gaynor has over 25 years’ experience in most aspects of family law, specialising in Divorce proceedings and the resolution of associated financial issues; to include undertaking exchange of voluntary financial disclosure, negotiation of financial settlements, including pension sharing orders; drafting and finalising final financial orders made by consent (Clean Break Orders) to dismiss financial claims arising from divorce; issuing Financial Remedy Court proceedings and progressing the same to a conclusion. In addition to Pre-nuptial, Co-habitation and Separation Agreements, and Private Children Law.

Gaynor has been working in Family Law in Shropshire for over 25 years, and joined PCB Solicitors’ Family Department based in Telford in November 2022.
