When in full-time practice, all areas of non-contentious law (property, wills, trusts and probate) but also experience in civil litigation and criminal matters.

Route to PCB

LLB gained at Exeter University in 1976. Qualified in 1980 with Wards and post-qualification at Osborne Clark in Bristol. Worked in the area of human rights reporting 1987-1995 based in the Middle East before returning to the UK. Managing partner of Milwyn Jenkins & Jenkins in Llanidloes, Powys until retiring from full-time practice in 2014
